While the Electronic Route Sheet (ERS) has been a core component of the Freeware TMS since its inception, we've updated its form with improved styling for a mobile form factor.
And, of course, you can work with the old version on a smartphone and tablet, but the new version is more optimal for this.
Recall that the ERS is received by the transport worker by e-mail, for example, the day before or in the morning before leaving for the flight. This way of delivering tasks differs from a common mobile application or web application with almost zero cost of use: email is the most democratic and accessible way for everyone to exchange information. At the same time, there is no need to spend on IT infrastructure and its administration: you can work through Google Gmail, for example.
So, from the planning program - from the "Dispatcher's Workplace" (DWP), by pressing a button, the dispatcher sends the ERS to the email of the forwarding, driver or courier. Then - you just need to open the attachment to the letter and you can get to work. In a similar way, information comes back - from the executor to the dispatcher, but is viewed by the latter directly in the DWP.
