Hi I am seriously thinking about doing Freeletics nutrition guide. I've been doing coach for 6 weeks and 3 weeks prior doing the free guide. I've lost one KG. My goal is not massive... I started at 83 kg and would like to be at 80, but the needle on the scale isn't moving (183cm tall). I try to eat as good a diet as I can but maybe that is holding me back... I live in China right now and have a hard time trusting the food supply so I primarily eat vegetarian dishes. Occasionally eating some meat, but not often. It struck me that maybe I need an education when it comes to diet. Anybody with any experience with nutrition guide out there? thanks.
