Eligibility Criteria (established by CRA CVITP program)

Combined income (husband and wife) is less <= 40000
Single person/parent <= 32000

do not have business income (we can not help with UBER or self employed)

Do not have rental income.

does not have investment income slips (T3, T5, T5008), you need prof tax help, not a charity service.

We do simple tax returns, and can not do any adjustments later.

Please do not come to mosque, Due to safety of our clients and volunteers, we are not at the site, physical office is closed.

For Seniors wit no internet access:
 Seniors need to leave voice mail with the following info: Name, phone number, time to get back,
Be ready with the slips you have for tax.

we are volunteers helping helping community. We are doing the remote help first time and have limited resources. so please follow the above guidelines.

All the volunteers are working remotely and dedicating their time to help you out, therefore we request to be patient, it is taking more time to complete and verify a return

As per the CVITP program guidelines this service is for modest income only and we do basic tax returns. We can not help self employed, people who have a rental income.

Make sure that you have give us correct info. We will not be able to correct, or do any amendments later.
