The application uses your device's internal storage (SharedPreferences and Internal Storage) solely for the purpose of:

* Saving your added M3U playlist URLs.

* Saving your preference settings (e.g., Dark Mode, UI preferences).

This data resides strictly on your device. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app will remove this information.

3. Third-Party Services

Freedom Player may use third-party libraries for core functionality, which may operate under their own privacy policies:

* Google Cast SDK: Used to enable casting functionality. This SDK may communicate with Google servers to discover Cast devices.

* ExoPlayer (AndroidX Media3): Used for video playback.

We do not integrate with third-party analytics (like Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics) or ad networks.

4. Content Disclaimer

Freedom Player does not provide any content. Users are responsible for the M3U playlists they add. We do not monitor or have control over the content accessed through user-provided playlists.

5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content accessed through our app via user-provided playlists infringes your copyright, please direct your rigorous complaints to the content provider (the host of the M3U playlist). We do not host any content.

6. Zero Tolerance for Piracy

Freedom Player has a zero-tolerance policy against piracy. Use of this application to access illegal content is strictly prohibited. Users found violating this policy may assume full liability. We reserve the right to report such activities if we become aware of them, though we do not monitor user activity.
