Please do not include private note content unless you choose to and it is necessary to explain the issue.
QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Update Note Connect and iOS to the latest available versions.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. Restart your iPhone.
4. Check that your device has available storage.
5. Before deleting or reinstalling the app, export anything you want to keep. Removing an app may also remove data stored locally by that app.
OPTIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Note Connect is fully free. Optional, repeatable one-time contributions support continued development but unlock no features.
Apple processes all purchases. For billing, refund, or purchase-history questions, use Apple’s purchase support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
