Helpful details: your platform and operating system, game/build version, the floor or mode, what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce it. A screenshot is welcome if it does not include personal information. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive details.
Before contacting support, check the Online Field Guide. If flashing imagery or motion effects are a concern, read the Health & Photosensitivity Warning and use Reduced Flashing or Reduced Screen Shake in Options where available.
