Effective Date: [2025-9-3]
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how [Hefei Yinuo Network Technology Co., Ltd.] (referred to as "we," "us," or the "Developer") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application, [Free Auto Clicker] (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the App.
1.1. Information You Directly Provide to Us:
When you use certain features of the App, you may voluntarily provide the following information to us:
User Content: Content you create within the App (e.g., clicker events, recorder events).
Communication Information: When you contact us via email or in-app messages, we collect your communication content (e.g., a description of your issue, feedback) and contact information (e.g., your email address).
1.2. Automatically Collected Non-Identifiable Information (For Maintenance and Optimization Only)
To fix errors and optimize your experience, we collect the following anonymous log data through third-party tools (such as Google Firebase Analytics). This data is not linked to your personal identity:
Basic Device Information: Device model, Android OS version, unique device identifier (such as Android ID, used only to differentiate devices for compatibility issues), IP address (used only to locate the server access region, not to track individuals).
App Operation Logs: App crash time, error codes, and the feature module that triggered the error (e.g., "Create Clicker," "Record Clicker"). This is used solely for bug fixes and stability improvements.
Anonymous Usage Data: The frequency of feature use (e.g., the number of times the "Record Clicker" function is called). This is used only to analyze user needs and optimize the App's design (e.g., by simplifying the operation process).
1.3. App Permissions and Privacy Usage
The App will request necessary permissions based on its functional requirements. We only collect relevant information after you grant authorization, and all data processing follows the principle of "local-first, minimum necessary."
PermissionName
android.permission.INTERNET (Network Permission)
To load basic in-app configurations (e.g., feature update notes) and communicate with Google Firebase Analytics (to transmit anonymous usage data).
This is used solely for network communication for the above functions. No personal information is collected through this permission, and data transmission is encrypted.
Purpose
android.permission.BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE (Accessibility Service Permission)
To enable the core functions of the App:
1. Listen for screen actions (e.g., a user triggering the "Start Clicking" command).
2. Simulate automatic clicks and swipes (to support the "Create Clicker" feature).
3. Record screen click coordinates and timing (to support the "Record Clicker" feature).
1. This permission is only active after you explicitly enable it. All operations (clicking, recording) are performed locally on your device. We do not upload any screen content or operation logs.
2. We do not listen to or collect your screen display content (e.g., chat records, web pages), only the "click command" and "coordinate position" to perform the automatic operation.
PrivacyUsageRules
android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Draw Over Other Apps Permission)
1. To display the clicker control panel (e.g., "Start/Pause Clicking" buttons),;
2. show coordinate markers and operation timing while recording;
3. allow you to quickly control the clicker while using other apps.
1. This permission is only for displaying the control interface. It does not access or store any data related to the overlay window.
2. The overlay only appears when you enable the clicker function and automatically hides when you close it, so it does not interfere with your other operations.
The permissions listed in the table above, android.permission.BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE and android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, are required for the basic operation of the App. If you deny them, the App's core functions may be unusable (e.g., if you disable Accessibility, you cannot use "Create Clicker" or "Record Clicker," and can only view the basic interface; if you disable the overlay permission, you cannot see the control panel to start/pause a clicker, and core functions cannot be used normally).
1.4. Analytics Permissions
The App uses Google Play Services-related permissions for product optimization only, with no advertising purposes.
Permission Names: com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE
Purpose: Exclusively for in-app event tracking and user behavior analysis to help us improve the App's features and user experience.
Data Processing: All analytical data is anonymous statistical information. It does not contain any personal identifying information and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
1.4.1. Privacy Commitment
Local Data Processing: Most functions are completed locally on your device. We do not upload user private data.
Principle of Least Privilege: We only request permissions necessary for a specific function and do not ask for any extra, unrelated permissions.
Right to Know: We will clearly inform you before using any feature that requires a specific permission.
Transparency: All permission usage has a clear business purpose and will not be used for other objectives.
No Advertising Use: Permissions related to Google Play Services are used solely for data analysis, not for any advertising or personalized recommendations.
1.4.2. Special Notes The App does not collect, store, or share users' personal identification information. All operations (clicks, recordings) are performed locally on the device. We do not upload any screen content or operation logs. We do not listen to or collect your screen display content (e.g., chat records, web pages), only the "click command" and "coordinate position" to perform the automatic operation. We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring the App complies with Google Play Store's privacy policy requirements.
Google Mobile Services (GMS) are only used for in-app event tracking and user behavior analysis, and are not involved in advertising placement or personalized ad recommendations. We use this analytical data solely to improve product features and user experience.
Note: Some permissions may only be requested on specific devices or Android versions, subject to actual operation.
1.5. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., analytics tools) that may collect your information according to their own privacy policies. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these third-party services. Examples of third-party services the App may use include:

To Optimize User Experience: To customize the interface based on your usage habits (e.g., frequently used features) and to enhance ease of use.
To Analyze and Improve the Product: To optimize App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features using anonymous statistical data (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash logs).
To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: To identify and prevent malicious behavior (e.g., abnormal app calls) and to protect your safety and our legitimate rights.
To Provide Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, feedback, or complaints (e.g., by replying to your email).
To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, Google Play Store policies, and legitimate requests from judicial authorities (e.g., providing necessary information when cooperating with an investigation).
We strictly control the scope of information sharing and only disclose your information in the following necessary situations, ensuring that the recipient complies with privacy protection obligations:
Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers: We only share information with service providers who provide us with technical support (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase for data analysis, server hosting providers for App operation). These providers can only access the information within the scope of performing their services and are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for other purposes.
Disclosure Based on Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if we receive a court subpoena, a legitimate instruction from a government department, or to fulfill legal obligations, enforce the App's terms of service, or protect our and our users' legitimate rights (e.g., preventing fraud).
Business Transfer Scenarios: If a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy liquidation occurs, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction assets. We will require the recipient to continue to comply with the privacy protection terms of this Policy.
You have the following control rights over your personal information, which you can exercise through the corresponding methods:
Access and Correction: You can access the information you have created or saved (clickers, recorders) through the in-app settings and can directly modify or delete it.
Withdrawal of Permissions and Consent: You can turn off permissions like Accessibility and Draw Over Other Apps through your device's system settings (e.g., "App Management - Permissions"). If you withdraw authorization for information processing based on your consent, we will stop collecting the relevant information, but this will not affect information processing that was lawfully authorized prior to your withdrawal.
Deletion of Personal Information: You can contact us to request the deletion of your communication records and account-related information (if any). However, please note that some information (such as app operation logs) may need to be retained due to legal requirements or service necessity.
Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising: You can choose to opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or by referring to the policies of advertising service providers.
We take industry-standard security measures to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or damage:
Local Data Processing: The App's core data (clickers, recorders) is stored and processed locally on your device.
Principle of Least Privilege: We only request permissions necessary for the App's functions and do not request additional, unrelated permissions.
Special Note: Internet transmission or electronic storage methods cannot be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information in extreme situations (such as hacker attacks). If a data security incident occurs, we will promptly notify you and take remedial measures in accordance with the law.
