This is a measure and cut pattern. It does include a template/pattern piece for the Front Pocket piece which will need to be printed. You will need a rotary cutter, gridded ruler, and self-healing cutting mat. Cut the pattern pieces straight from the fabric - saving time and paper. All pieces are rectangles except for the Front Pocket. If you prefer, you can transfer the cutting measurements to paper (or a template material) to create your own paper template/pattern piece for the remaining pieces.

Walmart sells plastic sheets if graph paper in the sewing dept. Get a dollar bill and a couple of credit cards and start designing the graph will help you center the inside cut out for your interior. This is a 6 piece design I have a vertical wallet pattern if you need it but I've never actually used it.

I'm throwing out a nod to Nigel's wallet pack as well. He encourages you to experiment and expand on what he has in the templates. It helped me quite a bit in how I approach making wallets. I can't recommend it enough and it is well worth the money.

This is a long pattern, but it is so well written! Follow each step in turn and you will be amazed at the final result! The pattern instructions are really comprehensive and the wallet is so well thought out, there is a place for EVERYTHING! I modified slightly to take a cheque book too! Love this pattern so much!

As long as you complete each step, you will eventually have an awesome wallet! This one is just more advanced and has more wallet than her other patterns, but it is doable. Instructions are very clear!

The coin pocket on the Wonder Wallet was designed intentionally to avoid needing a zipper. There is more to the design than perhaps meets the eye. The flap that closes the wallet closes the coin pocket, too. Give it a try as designed and see for yourself.

Folding down the coin pocket seemed such an unfitting thing to do to this great wallet that I folded my coin pocket fabric in half, wrong sides together and made a small circle cutout in the center of the top edge. I used a dime and drew around 1/2 of it (eyeballed) then stitched on the line. Trimmed the circle out, snipped around the circle edge, folded the piece right sides out and pressed. I continued the assembly as directed and it is great!!!!! Easy access to the coins and nary a coin has fallen out.

i love this pattern. Whenever I open my machine to quilt I make at least 5 wallets. Always have them on hand for gifts. My grandchildren know that I have them so whenever they want to give something they call for a wallet. Thanks for the pattern.

I am trying to get this pattern. I get into the old fabric one from 10 years ago. I have clicked on HERE 3 times and it keeps giving me an OOPS. The fabric slides into the frame and you screw it in with teeny tiny screws (make sure you have an eye glasses kit handy!). The pattern says that glue is optional, so I chose not to glue it in, just incase my fabric decided to wear out or I wanted to make a different color! No problems so far!

I have made several diva wallets and gave some away as gifts. Unfortunately almost everyone I made has a problem with a least one of the screws staying in. The hole seems to be bigger than the head of the screw. Very disappointed as I gave some as gifts and they broke

Almost done my wallet and I have just realized that the way the pattern goes together on the inside is actually wrong. The problem is that when closed the your credit cards will fall out!!! With a few adjustments, unstitching and recutting I have turned them around so they stay put when closed. Otherwise a nice wallet pattern.
