They are still in your records, but won't show in the people and horses lists unless you turn on the checkmark to show dormant records in the "My people" and "My horses" lists. They also wont show up in the drop downs when creating your online show entries.

I ask because when I click the computer's icon, the browser tries to connect to a URL at LogMeIn (it looks like "computername-randomstring.lmi-app14-20.logmein.com"), but the connection never completes - at least within the 15-20 minutes I've left it running. Based on the "online" hours and minutes, the computer rebooted sometime this morning. I was able to connect successfully before the reboot happened. I'm wondering if the LogMeIn host software restarted properly.
Hello. My Arlo camera functions properly when plugged in for batter charging. However, even though the charging icon shows the battery if fully charged, the camera no longer shows up as online when not plugged in for charging. The firmware is 1.092.1.0_9_120d8b7. It's an Arlo Pro camera. I've tried buying new batteries, as well.
Zigbee status shows Online and I have tried rebuilding my network and waiting. I haven't added any new 2.4Ghz gear, and did move the hub in case it was unhappy in its current place. I have tried resetting two bulbs, one was in the same room as the hub and they do not ever get seen by the hub.
Is the Zigbee radio even showing it is online in the details page? Had another user recently where it would not go online and doing the backup/restore fixed it. That's the main reason I suggested that.
It shows as online, and if I reboot the radio it goes through the various statuses fine. I never get any data when i do a "Scan Channels" but i never did that before i started having troubles so i don't know if that would normally show anything. "network graph (beta)" shows 0/45 devices and will make a tenative connection to 0000 and nothing more. my logs show this about every 5 min
I check my messages multiple times daily and all my nodes were in 99%+ online until yesterday. Something has happened that caused this. I am now down to 88% so I am worried that will mean I will lose this node that has been running for many years. What do I need to get this fixed?
Yes. This is due 30 days rolling window. The downtime will not affect your online score when it will be outside of this window, thus you need an additional 30 days online for each downtime.
However, the online score affects your ingress only when it fall below 60%, then your node will be suspended (no ingress until the online score will recover above 60%).
Same problem here! My Thermostat E shows connect to Home, and connected to wifi. My iphone is wifi connected and functioning as well too. I updated the Therm software and my phone and app is up to date! what is happening here? Why does Nest app show that Home and Therm are both offline?
Yes the app does not show the thermostat online. So I connected it with my Alexa and get the same general benefits. The Alexa connects directly with the Nest Therm. No issues. The NEST app is the problem.
Your screenshot above shows a transformation for the availability topic but your text config does not. You do indeed need that or you need to change your payload fields to exactly match the online/offline messages.
Only a few weeks into Home Assistant. I have two identical Esphome Garage Door openers that have been working flawless for a couple of weeks. One no longer works. It shows Online in the GUI but unavailable in Developer Tools States. When I compare the logs from the Show Log on the GUI they look the same except when I trigger the working one it shows (in blue). My Signal strength: -79 dB is a little worse on the one that is not working.
I am using DHCP Reservation and both have the correct reserved IP addresses. I am using HiLetgo ESP8266 NodeMCU LUA CP2102 ESP-12E. I believe I picked NodeMCU as the Device Type. In the yaml file it shows board: nodemcuv2.

I had scheduled out of Office today (April 21 2023) from 8.00 AM to 11.30 PM and it was saved without any issues. But as I open the teams application today, my status does not reflect out of office and shows me Online. I have tried to sign out and sign in and clear the teams cache as well but with no success. Could you please help to resolve this issue.
I recently changed my WiFi name, and in doing so, it kicked the HP LasterJet printer offline.
So I went through the printer's touchscreen WiFi setup and added it to the newly named WiFi network.
I also have my computer hard-wired to the same network AND on the same WiFi network.
In the HP Smart app though, when I search for the printer, it finds it and shows it online and gives its MAC address, but when I click to add it, it gives an error message saying it's offline, and to bring it online to add it.
What is going on with this app?

I am including checkout links in my newsletters (through Square) and I have all of my inventory set up as "physical" and have selected the "ALL" option for the SHIPPING OR PICKUP tab. When I tested this however, it only shows the choice of PICKUP rather than offering customers choose between the two. How do I set it up so that they can CHOOSE between shipping or pickup?
Hi there @alifindings - as long as you've enabled both pickup and shipping in your online store settings, your customers should be able to choose between these options at checkout. Once your customers have added items to their cart, they can click their cart in the top right-hand corner, and will see a place to Change the fulfillment option.
If this doesn't quite get you where you need to be, please respond with a link to your online store so we can take a walk through your checkout flow.

The shipping option has 'disappeared' from the website. I sell coffee and have all three options clicked and the shipping option was definitely available. Now, only local delivery and pickup shows up, therefore any orders outside of the local zone has no way of being processed. I have gone over every tab/button to be clicked and cannot figure out how to get the shipping option to 're-appear'
We are testing online ordering for a specific retail item and need help. At Online Checkout, it states that shipping and pick-up are available fulfillment options. But, there is place to select "pick-up" as the fulfillment option, and it is only Shipping. The Location and Item are correctly set-up for shipping and pick-up. Any ideas?? Thanks all.
Hi Ashley K, I really don't know how to take screenshots. It basically shows up as the customers total with the shipping options offered. It doesn't show a pickup option or the delivery option (that I just applied to my settings last night). This seems to be an issue because I have seen other posts here with the same problem and it is not solved because no one has given the way to resolve it. I wish someone would really help me because all my clients our local and will be picking up products, they won't want to do shipping.
So, I enabled the PIck-up option and when I did a mock check out it only shows Pick up and no other options. We do have some clients who live far away and want them to be able to select the Shipping option over PIck-up. See attached screenshot.
