Ws Hadil Brother, Your opinion is on point but if we read the article, the conclusion or crux will be; Wudu is not mandatory but encouraged by scholars (mandatory in hanafi school of thought) whether it is mushaf or mobile or any type of soft or hard copy of Quran. But ghusl is mandatory if you have had a sexual interaction/night emission even if you are not reading quran. Because Hadiths teachings clearly stats that one should do ghusl in first attemt after sexual intercourse/night emission or other situations where gusal become indespensible.
