I recently watched Interstellar with some friends and we didn't come to the same conclusion. In my opinion, the portal they use to go to the other galaxy (to visit the three planets) is not a black hole. My friends tell me it is.

Portal images are an important verification tool in radiotherapy. Their use has been limited by their poor image quality, which is due to the inherent lack of contrast at megavoltage energies. Recently CEA and Kodak have introduced new portal film-cassette systems with much improved contrast. We have determined the H-D curves for these systems and found the gamma (gamma) for the CEA system (8.5) to be larger than that for the Kodak EC-L system (6.3). The optimal doses were CEA TLF 1.2 cGy, CEA TVS 15.9 cGy and Kodak EC-L 1.5 cGy. We also obtained phantom images that were evaluated by 11 radiotherapists. They ranked the CEA B High Plus cassette with CEA TVS film the highest, followed by the Kodak EC-L system. Some clinical films of a lateral pelvis are also presented, to demonstrate the improvement in image quality with these new film systems as compared with conventional portal films.

Portal films are an important tool for verification of the shaping and positioning of external radiation fields to the target volume in radiotherapy. One limitation of port films is their inherent lack of contrast, which is due to the low attenuation of the exposing megavoltage radiation by the tissues being imaged. Recently, Kodak introduced a new portal film-cassette system, Kodak EC-L, with much improved contrast compared with conventional film. The aim of this study was to determine if the enhanced contrast of the Kodak EC-L system actually provides better clinical results. To simulate clinical use, port films were taken using an anthropomorphic phantom that was artificially shifted and/or rotated by a predetermined distance. Identical images were taken using a conventional port film system (AGFA-Gevaert Curix MR4 in lead-lined cassette) and the Kodak EC-L system. Twelve different operators (6 physicists and 6 radiation therapists) were asked to diagnose the problem from a total of 20 port films (10 per treatment site), allowing for direct comparison of the 2 types of films. While the diagnosis of the field displacement improved using the Kodak film, it did not speed-up the decision-making process. It was also found that experienced operators were more accurate at evaluating the films. The results indicate that, for the situations studied (head and neck, pelvis), the Kodak system exhibits better contrast and leads to improved decision making.

The problem is definitely with ROKU not tla gay movies, because after I add the channel from TLA Gay Movies using a code I try to access the channel via Roku 3 (use to be Roku 3 now it is something else). I am told, "To get started, either sign in or create an account using your Roku credentials. *By creating an account with us you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older."

1. Sign In With TLA Gay Movies Account (Which is impossible because Roku will only allow email address used to login to Roku), so even when I changed my tla gay movies account login to match Roku's the password is not accepted.

2. Create Account: Which only allows for creating using Roku's account info (let's you create an account, but I can't access my TLA Gay Movies account movies with that account) or again when I use the same account usernames and passwords for both Web Sites the password is not accepted.

Colorado players who have entered the transfer portal will have access to practice film from 2022 and earlier, the team said Wednesday, in response to players who had been denied access to the footage.

Tight end Zachary Courtney and outside linebacker Kaden Ludwick both told ESPN that, when asked, the team would not provide film from fall 2022 practices. The film had been requested by prospective coaches after the players entered the portal earlier this month.

Courtney, a freshman who missed spring practice while recovering from surgery -- and entered the portal April 19 -- tweeted about his situation Tuesday, writing, "this is not a shot at [coach Deion Sanders] I just wanted coaches to know I have no film for them!!"

Ludwick said that players normally accessed film through an iPad app but that film from 2022, including scrimmages at practice, had been "wiped." It is typical for transferring players to have access to practice film, and some will record it on their phones to make sure they have it before entering the portal.

Colorado has had 28 players enter the portal since Monday -- the most of any FBS team -- and 41 since April 15. That includes three who entered the portal Wednesday afternoon, notably Taylor Upshaw, a defensive lineman who recently transferred into the school from Michigan, and starting offensive lineman Jake Wiley.

NEW YORK Aug. 24 -- "Hitch," "24" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" are among the movies and television shows that AOL will sell through its new video portal under deals the Internet company has forged with major Hollywood studios.

Initial titles available include "Hitch" and "Spider-Man 2." AOL said hundreds of movies will be added within a few weeks and are likely to include "Batman Forever," "The Matrix," "American Pie" and "Dr. Dolittle."

Although users will own the titles, meaning viewing won't be automatically disabled after a day or two, the movies can be played on a limited number of Windows-based personal computers or portable devices that support Microsoft Corp.'s Windows Media Player technology. Limits vary, but they are about four devices for movies and 10 for television shows.

AOL has been trying to increase traffic to its ad-supported Web sites and earlier this month launched a video portal that tries to aggregate clips and full-length programs from around the Internet. Its partners are able to program a number of video-on-demand channels, and the new deals add five from Fox and two from Sony for television programs.

Conroy said AOL's decision to charge for some programs is consistent with its desire to offer users a choice between download-to-own offerings and free, ad-supported items. He said AOL is becoming one of the few places where users can get a range of movies, television shows and music videos; many of its rivals focus on one or the other.

Rob Enderle, an industry analyst with Enderle Group, said that while Apple got a head start with iTunes, AOL still has millions of subscribers connecting through its proprietary software -- a base the company could try to persuade to buy movies.

Being John Malkovich is a 1999 American surrealist fantasy comedy drama film[3][4] directed by Spike Jonze and written by Charlie Kaufman, both making their feature film debut. The film stars John Cusack, Cameron Diaz, and Catherine Keener, with John Malkovich as a satirical version of himself. Cusack plays a puppeteer who finds a portal that leads into Malkovich's mind.

Lotte enters the portal and becomes obsessed, saying that the experience awakens her transgender identity. She and Craig visit Dr. Lester's home, where Lotte finds a room filled with Malkovich memorabilia. Maxine arranges a date with Malkovich while he is inhabited by Lotte, who becomes smitten with Maxine. She reciprocates, but only when Lotte is inside Malkovich; Maxine manipulates him into having sex with her while Lotte is in his mind. Craig, forsaken by both women, locks Lotte in a cage and forces her to set up another tryst with Maxine. He inhabits Malkovich instead and discovers that his puppeteering skills allow him some control over him.

Disturbed by his loss of control, Malkovich confides in his friend Charlie Sheen and becomes suspicious of Maxine. He follows her to the office, where she and Craig charge customers to use the portal. Entering it, Malkovich finds himself in a world where everyone looks like him and says only "Malkovich." After he is ejected, he demands that Craig close the portal, but Craig refuses. Lotte is freed by her pet chimpanzee and warns Maxine that Craig is inhabiting Malkovich, but Maxine is attracted to Craig's ability to control him.

Lotte confronts Dr. Lester, who reveals that he is, in fact, Captain Mertin; having discovered the portal to a "vessel body" in the late 1800s, he erected the Mertin-Flemmer building to conceal it. He has obtained immortality by moving from one body to the next, which becomes "ripe" on the host's 44th birthday, allowing him to take possession. If he enters the portal past midnight on that day, he will instead be trapped in the next newborn vessel, helpless inside the new host's mind. Lester and a group of friends plan to occupy Malkovich once he turns 44, and Lotte warns them that Craig has taken control.

Craig discovers he can occupy Malkovich indefinitely. Inhabiting him over the next eight months, he makes Malkovich into a world-class puppeteer and marries Maxine, who becomes pregnant. On Malkovich's 44th birthday, Lester and Lotte kidnap Maxine. They call to demand that Craig leave Malkovich, threatening to kill Maxine, but he hangs up. In desperation, Lotte attempts to shoot Maxine, who escapes into the portal. Lotte pursues her through Malkovich's subconscious before they are both ejected. Maxine confesses that she kept her unborn child because it was conceived while Lotte was in Malkovich's mind, and the women cement their love for each other.

Craig, believing Maxine is still in danger, leaves Malkovich's mind, allowing Lester and his friends to enter. Discovering that Maxine has discarded him for Lotte, Craig swears to reenter the portal to take back Malkovich's mind. Seven years later, an elderly Malkovich, now a system, tells Sheen about their plan to extend their lives via the portal, which now leads to the mind of Emily, Maxine's daughter. Craig, who entered the portal too late, is permanently trapped inside Emily, forced to watch Lotte and Maxine live happily together. ff782bc1db
