The co-main event will answer a similar question when former UFC champion Anderson Silva will face fellow former MMA champion Tito Ortiz in the boxing ring.
Holyfield replaces Oscar de la Hoya, who had to be dropped from the fight as a result of him contracting COVID-19.
The fight card begins at 7 p.m. ET, with the main event between Holyfield and Belfort expected to begin around 10:30 p.m. ET, though it is subject to the length of the other bouts.
