With this integration, you can check a box in forms you create in LGL Forms for donation submissions to be automatically sent to your Double the Donation account. Importantly, you should only check this box when the form is strictly a donation form, since you would not want to prompt people to pursue matching gifts for event registration fees or other non-donation payments.

With this integration, you can also embed a Double the Donation widget on the confirmation pages for the donation forms you create in LGL Forms. This widget helps donors learn about and participate in their employer's matching program.

One is that you should only choose this option on donation forms, not on event registration forms or other payment forms that are not for donations. That is because company matching is only for donations, so you do not want to follow-up with people about non-donation payments. Even if your form is a combination of an event registration and an optional donation, do not turn on the sync for that form.

Second is that you do need to check the box on each form you want to sync. So, if you have two donation forms, for example your usual donation form and then a special Giving Tuesday form, you should check this box on each of them.

If you have an integration set up with Raiser's Edge NXT, you may be wondering if you can sync donations in bulk to your CRM. While Fundraise Up can automatically sync donations to Raiser's Edge NXT, donations cannot be manually re-synced in bulk due to the limitations of Raiser's Edge NXT's API.

However, individual donation records can be re-synced to Raiser's Edge NXT by navigating to the donation record and selecting the resync option. This will ensure that the donation data is up-to-date and accurately reflects your records in Raiser's Edge NXT.

FreeFileSync is a free and open-source program used for file synchronization. It is available on Windows, Linux and macOS. The project is backed by donations. Donors get access to a Donation Edition that contains a few additional features such as an auto-updater, parallel sync, portable version, and silent installation.[2] FreeFileSync has received positive reviews.[3][4]

FreeFileSync works by comparing one or multiple folders on their content, date or file size and subsequently synchronizing the content according to user-defined settings. In addition to supporting local file systems and network shares, FreeFileSync is able to sync to Google Drive, FTP, FTPS, SFTP and MTP devices.

Having used your product for over 5 years now, I often advocate it as an example as things should be maintained, including transparency of developers, beneficiaries, guaranteed source code reproducibility and general opennes and clear mind.If you are interested, I can share my experience building war/disaster proof solutions using such wonderful peaces of software as syncthing, veracrypt, signal, openvpn to maintain robust, self-curing networking, communication and data processing. Just not sure in which thread of the forum it is better to make an article.

Our native Salesforce integration now supports sync with Salesforce recurring donations object. It is an optional feature which can be enabled by Donorbox support for you. By default it is not enabled when you connect your Salesforce account to Donorbox. If this feature is not enabled then your recurring plans would sync with Salesforce as simple opportunities and would be marked as recurring through a checkbox field on those opportunities. Once the advanced sync with recurring donations is enabled then it is a different ball game altogether.

We are only concerned with Open ended recurring donations as Donorbox only supports open ended recurring donations. Recurring donations in Salesforce have a forecast months setting which is set to 12 by default. This NPSP setting controls the number of pledged opportunities that are created as part of a recurring donation record. Here are a few scenarios to help you understand what this means:

Now Salesforce automatically manages the number of pledged opportunities at the start of each month. This means that it would create 1 more pledged opportunity every month for the monthly recurring donation. It would create 4 new pledged opportunities for the weekly recurring donation and 1 more pledged opportunity after 12 months for the yearly recurring donation.

Everytime a new recurring plan is created in Donorbox, a corresponding recurring donation record is created in Salesforce. The integration marks the first pledged opportunity as closed won at the time of creation. Subsequently, as the next donation for that recurring plan in Donorbox matures on its said date. Our integration picks up the next pledged opportunity corresponding to the recurring donation record that we created and change its stage from pledged to closed won.

Donorbox supports sync with enhanced recurring donations in Salesforce. If you have already migrated to enhanced recurring donations model in Salesforce, please feel free to reach out to our support if you want it enabled for your account. Here is a link that explains how the sync with enhanced recurring donations works in our native Salesforce integration.

During the beta test, we're giving all of our active Open Collective contributors access to Logseq Sync. That means you need to have monthly recurring donation of either $5 per month or $15 per month. We'll implement a normal subscription system once we launch Sync to the general public.

Please allow up to an hour for Open Collective to sync up with our authentication system. In the meanwhile, you can continue by activating the Sync feature and creating your Logseq account using the same email address you used in Open Collective (see the steps below).

Logseq will automatically keep your graph in sync. When the dot in the cloud icon (in the top bar) is green, it means your graph is fully synced to the cloud. When the dot is orange, it means there are pending changes (either outgoing or incoming).

At the moment, it's important to keep an eye on the sync status. When you open Logseq, let it first sync before starting to type. Otherwise, you might run the risk of overwriting notes in the cloud. That's because currently, Sync works different from Git; it does not compare pages. Instead, it syncs the entire page containing the most recent changes.

Next, open the left sidebar in Logseq mobile and tap your graph name (top left). From the dropdown menu, select your remote graph (recognizable by the cloud icon next to it). Logseq will now ask you to store your remote graph somewhere on your mobile. Make sure you save it locally, and not in a synced folder.

I am having the same problem. I also donated first then created an open collective account. I am unable to use sync though I am seeing in my opencollective account that I am an active contributor. How can I resolve this issue and get access to sync feature?

Thx for replying. I did create an account but it seems it takes sometime for it to sync. So, for anyone having this issue the solution is to create an account and wait for a couple of hours then restart your Logseq.

Developing Syncthing costs money, in domain and hosting fees for the variousservers we need to run the operation such as discovery servers, buildservers and this website. Your donations help fund these costs. We alsoperiodically award grants for the development of specific features, which ispaid for by these donations.

Each year, Braille Institute serves more than 75,000 people. A nonprofit institution of this scale must constantly evolve to make processes run smoothly for the staff, their network of 4000+ volunteers, and the blind and visually impaired community they serve. With this in mind, Braille Institute migrated to the cloud, but were soon faced with the tedious, manual process of moving donations from Luminate CRM, a Salesforce based Blackbaud product, into Intacct.

Twice a month, data entry staff will double check to make sure all the Journal Entries are correct. If something needs to be updated, a staff member can make the change in the Luminate donation records and the second Workato recipe will automatically update the corresponding journal entries. Then when the journal entries are ready and flagged as ready to sync, it triggers Workato to send all the batches that are ready into Intacct in real-time.

Workato also handles donation returns for Braille Institute. Two more recipes were made to automate the process for a donation that needs to be voided. For example, if the staff reverses a donation of $20 in Luminate due to a bounced check, Workato will automatically create a reversed journal entry for minus $20 to balance the numbers in Intacct.

Fees for donation processing are charged by your selected payment processor (Stripe, PayPal or ProPay.) The costs vary by processor (Stripe charges 2.2% +$0.30 per transaction for approved nonprofits).

The 2-way sync between Ellucian CRM Advance and 360MatchPro by Double the Donation consolidates data to make increasing fundraising revenue a quick and painless process for higher education institutions. 17dc91bb1f
