RealPlayer, formerly RealAudio Player, RealOne Player and RealPlayer G2, is a cross-platform media player app, developed by RealNetworks. The media player is compatible with numerous container file formats of the multimedia realm, including MP3, MP4, QuickTime File Format, Windows Media format, and the proprietary RealAudio and RealVideo formats.[7] RealPlayer is also available for other operating systems; Linux, Unix, Palm OS, Windows Mobile, and Symbian versions have been released.

The first version of RealPlayer was introduced on April 3, 1995 as "RealAudio Player" and was one of the first media players capable of streaming media over the Internet. Then, version 4.01 of RealPlayer was included as a selectable Internet tool in Windows 98's installation package.[9] Subsequent versions of the software were titled "RealPlayer G2" (version 6) and "RealOne Player" (version 9), while free "Basic" versions as well as paid "Plus" versions, the latter with additional features, have also been offered. In February 2016, RealNetworks released RealPlayer 18, which incorporated the features of the previous year's release of RealTimes, an app that makes multimedia montages from users' photographs and videos, backed up and accessible via cloud storage. I'm looking for a program that can open Real Player files (.ram). Real Player stinks, and I don't want to install it on my computer. Unfortunately, I have to open some .ram files for an online class that I'm taking. Are there any media players that can open Real Player files?

I would like to put some small videos on the web and I would like to know if there is one format that works for all three players and is there a difference between these three players? I created a wmv through quicktime and wonder would this work on all pplayers or just windos and quicktime? Is there a right way or wrong way to putting these videos up on the net?

Over the last month or so, I've seen the hord of players with those 4-5 character lowercase names playing the same Death Knight deck over and over. They're practically free wins since they don't adapt strategy and play at the same medium pace every turn. What strange though, is that on top of that, I'm also encountering some other players with more normal names but the play style is insanely fast. The moment their turn starts, the card they just drew is already being played and they don't miss a single beat card after card before their turn ends. I understand some players know their decks well so can play fast, but this is over the top.

The grind just gets so much faster (for newer players to not have such a disadvantadge), less players, players figuring stuff faster out (due netdecks ) etc. 

Thats why there are less and less real people in the lower ranks. So Blizzard has to fill it up with bots (or where they are needed).

Currently, the only way to see if a bot is being controlled by a real person is if they have a player name above them in game. This only shows during Lone FIghter, or when you are grouped up with people. Having the name appear above the player model they are actually controlling allows me to know if the one other person with me on the objective is a bot, or a real player. This should only be used for your own team, as the way you handle a situation changes if you can tell before hand if your moving in on a bunch of bots, or players. or 1 player surrounded by bots typically.

That is a very interesting question. Congratulations. I think [what remains is] the spirit of what we do and playing for fun and making it fun. We kind of have, for better or worse, this motto that, if you want to be on the line, you've got to be over the line sometimes. There's a lack of fear of mistakes, or a lack of fixation on perfection. We were pretty bad in those early days, but we were just going for it, having fun. I think that spirit of us truly enjoying what we were doing and making music together translates really well with our crowd. The experience of our show and that whole aspect of it is really important to our music. It's one of the things that have kind of been there all long.

It varies from song to song. The typical process for Dave and me is that we write most of the framework of a song and the lyrics, and then the band is more involved in the arranging process. Sometimes we write the instrumental hooks together that go with the songs, which is often described from the melody of the lyrics. Sometimes it's different figuring out different parts, stuff like that, but the degree to which the song is finished can really vary.

There have been songs that I had written that were pretty much done when I brought them to the band and didn't need a lot. Then, there are others that needed parts. The textures and the rhythmic feels are where we can really experiment with our different influences and fusion. If it's a straight-ahead bluegrass tune, it's pretty easy to just figure out who does what and what goes where. When we start getting into different rhythmic textures, we talk about how a lot of our music has these soundscapes, and I think this album is a good example of that. There are moments on there that are spacey melody mood pieces more than a solo flair or something like that. It's not like, "That's so cool what he played." It's this texture that we all create together. For us, that's some of the most fun stuff we do.

If you go back and read any of the bios of any of our records, we've said that every time, because that's what we do. That's how we increase our budget: We just take more time. Taking more time allows us to be a little bit more experimental. This time we came into the studio a little less prepared. We had played none of the tunes live. We had some really serious arranging and learning to do. We did it intentionally to let more of a creative process happen in the studio.
