Ultimaker Cura stopped being supported with Windows 32bit a while ago. You can find previous versions at this link. I want to say I think the last one that supported 32bit windows was in the 2.x series so you'll have to scroll back a ways. I'm not using Windows and am not 100% sure of which version was the final 32bit Cura. Cura 4.8 won't run on 32bit.
obviously I don't have the recovery manager and I also dont have the windows instalation disc, that's why I made a copy in a USB and tryed to install it that way. The screen shows a Windows BCD store issue. That should'nt be a big issue to resolve

for a question, On windows 7 I was able to group programs that were not the same, like task manager and resource monitor, but on 10 these wont group, is there any setting or way to get programs like that to group? I have several that I like to keep together but they just wont on 10.

I desperately want to load Movie Maker. I have input files I've developed that I can't run for some reason on the laptop I have Movie Maker on. I downloaded the program today onto my new computer running windows 10 and so far it is running perfectly. I have yet to see if it uploads ok, but I am confident it will. It does look a little different but I am used to seeing it on windows 8. I am so thankful you are doing this as I have tried a few of the newer movie making things and they are too hard for me to learn. I have used this program for about 15 years before they stopped supporting it.
After the first download I got the "Couldn't install programs - an unknown error occurred: Error 0x800c0006" message. I looked it up and apparently this problem has to do with a language difference between the program (which was the English version) and my Windows (Dutch). So I checked again and saw that I also could download the Dutch version, which I did.
After that, the installation went fine and Moviemaker is running perfectly. Thanks!
Maybe (likely) I haven't figured it out but it seems there are limitations. It cannot overlay a second audio section or fade video into another segment. The "old" windows movie maker could do miracles. 0852c4b9a8
