In Oct 2016 your staff member (Santip) provided a solution for installing adobe flash player on Vista 32 bit. I tried this and the suggested download (Step 1 Windows 7 & and Step 2 Chromisation) no longer downloads. Is this no longer working?
Then go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash, you will find pepflashplayer.dll there. Copy the .dll and go to the chrome plugin location and place the .dll in place of old .dll and rename it to pepflashplayer.dll

The general uninstaller (uninstall_flash_player.exe) is designed to work with the new version-checking logic, and you can use it to remove Flash Player from the system. If you want to switch from a later to an earlier version of Flash Player, Adobe recommends that you completely remove one version before you install another.
The default behavior of UninstFl.exe is to prompt the user, unlock the control, unregister the control, and then delete the OCX, GetFlash.exe, and GetFlash.exe.manifest. UninstFl.exe does not remove itself and cannot remove files that are in use. UninstFl.exe only works on the new locking controls. Older controls do not contain the registration logic to lock or unlock the file and the UninstFl.exe doesn't recognize them for deletion. When run on older controls, GetFlash.exe and GetFlash.exe.manifest are deleted, but the control remains. To ensure complete removal of Flash Player, run the general uninstaller, uninstall_flash_player.exe. (This uninstaller is available in Uninstall Flash Player | Windows.)
how can you disable hardware acceleration in adobe flash when you cant get to the setting menu because the plugin has crashed....???? when you go adobe and test the flash player , no animation starts so you cant get to the contest menu
I did everything suggested above except diable hardware acceleration in adobe flash because I cant get there , do to flash crashing at the adobe site. Flash works perfectly in internet explorer... I did not have this problem with 43.0.4 but upgraded to 44 and this happened
Try an older version of Adobe Flash Player. For steps 3 and 4 below, here is a site that has an archive of older versions - -flash-player/ It seems like you need a version of Flash that is for Internet Explorer for it to work. Be sure to disable auto-updating of Flash after you install it though - -prevent-flash-player-update-prompts
In step 1 a link is provided to the Adobe website with instructions how to fully remove Flash from your computer. These instructions only seem valid for Windows 7 (see the top of the page) and therefore people with later Windows versions are probably not able to follow the steps on the Adobe website. As others already mention in this discussion, it is not possible to install the file flashplayer_32_0r0_344_winax.exe either.
You'll find flashplayer.xpt and flash player.plugin in there. Copy both of them to users/whichever user you are/library/internet plugins... if you see those files there already, it's the right place, just want to replace them with the new ones, then restart your browser.
