As far as drum loops, etc, if they were IAP's they will download again after you restore purchases. I'm not sure about presets, that's something I should check in ifunbox as I do have a few settings is like to save if I ever have to restore.
When i was on 8.3 i had no issues using ifunbox classic or the normal version with windows 7.Didnt test ifunbox with 8.4 yet, but i think it works. Since i seen a lot of posts of ifunbox not working with 8.3, i start to think its only mac related.
