Ever since I installed Windows 11 in mid July after joining Windows Insider Program I've experienced severe lags while watching any types of videos whether it's Youtube player or .mkv files. Usually after around a minute the video would be super laggy (audio works fine) or will stop altogether (audio is fine as well). It doesn't affect any other software including games, only videos. Task manager doesn't show any spikes of CPU, GPU or RAM usage.

The article does not state that the Windows Desktop App as an app player is being deprecated.
My issue is that I cannot run an app that I recently completed in the Windows Desktop player.
This is contrary to what this article on PowerApps System Requirements says:

The PowerApps desktop player was working just fine for SaveData and LoadData on my app up until last week, my most recent update. There has been no update to the PowerApps Desktop App that would have disabled this function.
Is there an update to this? There is no need for an idea submission, we just need to know if the desktop player is going to be supported or not. Lot more organizations are using this stuff. Need to know please.

tried to remove the private-invites-signature.txt and run again and it did not work so I uninstalled docker and installed again still wonth launch the docker application. I can however see that the DockerForWindows service is running but it wont allow me to connect to docker. and no icon in the taskbar. still think this must have been something in last windows update that caused this. any ideas?
