Of course looking back on it I can certainly understand why my actions looked suspicious, not to mention that it was a Saturday night and I was only wearing a hoodie and sweatpants. But couldn't security have at least waited until I cashed out some machine's stray 30 cents to pounce?? I've been coming to Vegas since 2000 but I seldom gamble and certainly never experienced anything like this, this probably was one of the most unnerving experience of the last 19 years there! But believe me, I wasn't looking to snatch any abandoned credits, I was actually just looking for a machine with a lower minimum bet and unless that simple act of examining a game before I decide to put money into it is illegal, I certainly wasn't violating any rules. Now I was never ID'd, photographed, or taken to the infamous "back room" or anything of that nature, but perhaps they could have tracked me to my car and scanned my license plate on the way out... I can't help but be concerned if I should worry about going into an MGM property again in the near future... All I can say is I sure hope I am just being overly paranoid, and I certainly will not be playing any slots anywhere in the near future!

Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino is a casino in Buffalo, New York, United States. It is owned by the Seneca Nation of New York, through the Seneca Gaming Corporation.[1][2] The complex consists of 67,000 sq ft (6,200 m2) of gaming space. It opened as a temporary structure on July 3, 2007, and a permanent casino building opened on August 27, 2013.[3] A much larger and more expensive investment had previously been planned, prior to the Great Recession.[4][5] The casino attracts about 3 million visitors annually.[6]

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Some lawmakers have been working to try to salvage the situation after New York Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie tweeted he would not move forward at this time with a vote on a bill authorizing the governor's office to approve a new casino deal with the Seneca Nation.

Heastie cited concerns from the delegation in Monroe County about putting a new casino there as part of the deal and a potential loss of union jobs. He had not given any indication on the eve of the special session his position has changed.

Armstrong said they met with Rochester leaders who were frustrated at not being told about any plans to site a future casino in Monroe County and promised to work with them to find a suitable location. Lawmakers said they were told by the executive's office they were left out of discussions because of non-disclosure agreements but the Seneca president said no such agreements exist.

Armstrong's statement argued Delaware North's interests are still being served though and pointed out Finger Lakes Gaming, run by the company, was one of the organizations leading the opposition to a Rochester casino last week.

The state Senate did pass the authorization bill before the end of session but now it's unclear how things might change. State Sen. Tim Kennedy, D-Buffalo, whose district includes one of the three Seneca casinos, oin Monday brought up the possibility of extending the current compact while pointing out there is still time to sorth things out before it expires on Dec. 9.

Under the current compact, the Senecas give the state 25% of the casino slot machine revenue. Part of that money is disbursed by the state to Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Salamanca, the three cities where the casinos are located.

The Buffalo News reported under the framework agreement that percentage would drop to 9.75% in the first year before rising to 19.5% for the remainder. Those percentages were negotiated with the inclusion of potential added revenue from a Rochester casino though and also may be a consideration even in a short-term extension of the compact.

Pulled into truck lot portion with my RV and stayed out of the way from truckers who later still pulled in a couple of lanes nearby at least by their choice due to a large lot. They ran their generators like at a truck stop, but with earplugs, I didn't even notice, especially after driving so long. Purchased a desert since I'm not into gambling. The smoke wasn't too bad, but very noticeable. Understand from others that you can purchase power for about $15. Very nice casino with lots of options and not huge minimums.

Free first night days are over, but still $15 a night max three nights. Keep in mind the main casino restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday but there are two smaller outlets open. We had a great time at this spot! We would have never of thought. You check in at the hotel and pay $15 if you want water and electric. They told us that if we sign up in the casino for a free membership we get a free night. Basically you get a member card and you scan it at the casino and they award you some gambling $ to start with for free. I ended up walking out with an extra $25! So our stay was basically free if you look at it that way. Apparently some people just throw away their card and just sign up to get the free night of full hookups.

We stayed here 2 nights. The first night was free and the second was $15.90 after taxes. They have 50amp and 30amp hook ups and water. The parking lot is huge, easy to navigate, and level. Lots of semis stay in the semi lot but we were the only rv in the rv lot. They have 8 spaces and are first come first serve.
