Spring 2024 time tickets will be assigned based off of your classification and overall earned hours as of October 23, 2023. Overall earned hours do not include hours in progress for the current semester. Time tickets are not adjusted based on any changes to your classification or overall earned hours that occur after this date. Your Texas State GPA, not your Overall GPA, is used to calculate priority registration for the first day. Visiting and non-degree seeking students can register one week after priority registration begins.

Be ready for registration day by using the Check Registration Eligibility, Holds, & Excess Hours report. Click the link to see your information for the current term or select another term from the drop down once you are in the report. All your registration information in one convenient place and you can export it to PDF. This valuable report will assist in identifying your next steps for registration!

If you have questions about a hold that is preventing you from registering, review our Registration Holds page for more information on who to contact. If you receive an error message, learn what it means and what your options are for responding to it and registering. The registration system may be unavailable at times. If you have any other questions or need assistance, call us at 512.245.2367 or e-mail us at registrar@txstate.edu.

If a graduate student does not enroll in a spring/fall term and it has been less than a year since last enrollment, the Update Enrollment Form may be used to update registration; however, graduate students who have not enrolled for over a year must submit a new application and fee through Slate. For more information, please visit the Graduate College website.

Veterans will receive a priority registration time. If you are a veteran and you believe there is an issue with your time ticket, please contact the Office of Veterans Affairs for verification. A DD-214 (separation paperwork) or copy of active orders will be required to verify veteran status if you have not already provided such documentation.

Basically we are trying to create a registration form where there are only so many slots available and people are able to add the number of guests they plan to bring. So if an event has 25 slots and someone registers saying they are bringing 4 guests, we want to be able to have future registrants only able to add guests that is under the amount of remaining slots.

Once you have received all of the submissions, the user will be able to see that there are no available admission slots. When that list is complete, the rest will end up on a guest list? You can then include a condition in your form that informs the user that their submission has been accepted on the waitlist. Please take a look at the following demo form or clone it for testing.

If you're going to have individual, limited time slots available for an event, I'd recommend setting up those time slots as items that can be selected during registration. You can create as many individual items as you need, each with a maximum quantity of 2 available, with a maximum of 1 that can be reserved.

@WilliamA How do I set it up so that a maximum of 1 can be reserved? I am setting up an EV test drive event with, for example, 10 vehicle options, that each have 12 x 15 minute time slots (4:00 to 4:15, 4;15 to 4:30). I would like event registrants to pick ONE car (Tesla Model 3, Chevy Bolt, etc.) and ONE time slot for the car of their choice.

My main suggestion would be to do options for each item. In this case, the item is the car, and the options are the times. Set a max quantity for the Car item to be 12 for the total available time slots, and limit it to 1 order quantity. For each time slot, set quantity max of 1.

I'd also advise adding a custom text block above where the items section will be, asking that registrants only select a single car and time slot. If you want to be particularly aggressive, you could even say that any registrants that mark for multiple cars will simply have their registrations cancelled.

You could potentially also set a single item, and then setup a bunch of options under that with each option representing a car type and available time (i.e. Option 1 = Car type 1 @ 12pm, Option 2 = Car type 2 @ 12pm, etc.) and still have the max order quantity be 1, with the total available quantity equal to your total available car-time combos. Keep in mind that with 12 time slots, this could cause the registration form and final list of options to be exorbitantly massive.

This is basically where I am heading with the design. Can you confirm there is no way to do a nested choice strategy, where the registrant first picks a car they want to test drive (ex. Chevy Bolt, Tesla Model 3, Ford Mach-E) and then is offered a subsequent choice of times slots (ex. 4:00 to 4:15, 4:15 to 4:30, etc.)? I feel like this sort of design, would avoid the register for multiple test drives across cars/times.

If there is another CC app that would enable me to do it this way, let me know.

If this is a one-day event, enter the same date for the beginning and ending date. If the event is more than one day, check the days of the week where time slots are needed. Enter the beginning and ending time along with Time Slot Increment needed (for example, every 20 minutes).

This event requires registration. Invitations to register for SC153 have been sent to all accredited delegates 18 August 2023. Based on strong feedback the Slot Conference has returned to in person attendance only. Attending in person allows all delegates to work efficiently, optimizing their schedules face to face, in one location and time zone. If you need further information or are unable to travel to attend the conference due to circumstances beyond your control please email slots@iata.org.

Please note that the delegate registration fee applies to airline representatives and slot coordinators / schedule facilitators that are attending the conference in order to adjust and discuss their schedules for the forthcoming season only.

If required, letters in support of visa applications are requested through registration. Once you have completed your registration you will receive your support letter within 48 hours (Mon - Fri). Please note, from 25 October 2023, late processing fees of 50 USD are payable (applicable taxes will be payable). Please contact the registration team if you need further information.

The IATA Slot Conference provides the perfect opportunity to network over 500 airline representatives representing 230 unique airlines throughout the world. This twice yearly meeting attracts over 1,200 delegates allowing both airlines and airports to meet, discuss and obtain the slots that will give them the best possible schedule to offer their customers.

Widen your expertise and participate in one of our training courses! We offer two courses focusing on airport slots, the Airport Slots Management and Coordination course and our new course, Airport Slot Coordination: Policy and Regulation. You can attend both slots training courses also as virtual classroom courses.

If your institution has enabled the Scheduler tool, you can sign up for any appointments that are created for your course using the Calendar sidebar. Appointments can include office hours, group presentation time slots, and lunch with an alumnus.

Is there some way to set up a set of meeting time slots that other users can sign up for that will allow me to limit the number of people who sign up for each slot (usually to 1 person)? This is an extremely common use case for me because I want to set up individual meetings of a set duration with students about once per week. The only tool I have seen that does this well is Doodle. I am not looking for a way to check everyone's calendar for openings (no one's calendar is thoroughly filled, anyway) or to get lists of available times from other users. I just want to make a list of times and let them pick the time they want.

It's also possible to globally register a component, making it available to all components in a given app without having to import it. The pros and cons of global vs. local registration is discussed in the dedicated Component Registration section.

You can offer people a block of time on your calendar that they can book time slots within. For example, you can set aside 2 hours that you're available to meet with people in 30-minute slots. People can then book one of the 30-minute slots within that time.

When you create a block of appointment slots, the block shows up as a single event on your calendar. To confirm that an event is an appointment block, at the upper left corner of the event, find the Appointment block .

Tip: If you want to make the appointment block repeat, do so before you invite others to reserve a slot. When you make an existing appointment block with reserved slots repeat, the reserved slots get duplicated as new slots and double booking can occur. Learn how to make events repeat. 2351a5e196
