Important Bargaining News:

The district has made an initial offering of a 2%/2%/2% increase every year at the mid year. This equates to  a ~5% raise over the next three years, barely covering inflation, let alone the market adjustment we were seeking.

While our initial ask had the intent of making salaries in Fall River competitive, the school committee emphasized that this offer was in reaction to our offer, insinuating that our initial offer was unrealistically high.
