Welcome to my personal website.
I am currently Lead Economist in the DG Monetary Policy at the European Central Bank working on bank-based transmission of monetary policy. I joined the European Central Bank, first as Economist Graduate Programme Participant and then Economist in DG Monetary Policy and DG Economics, after finishing my PhD at the University of Munich in 2020.
My research covers topics related to monetary policy and its transmission to the economy via bank lending and via the role of expectations. In addition, I have worked on the implications of Germany's current account surplus for its foreign investments.
If you are interested, you can find more information in the research and CV sections, and on my ECB website.
