I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Bratislava University of Economics and Business. I received my PhD from the University of Adelaide in 2024, with a dissertation titled Labour Market Dynamics in the Twenty-First Century.

My research lies in labor economics and applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on the impact of technological change and artificial intelligence on occupational and local labor market adjustments. A second strand of my research focuses on gender disparities in job mobility in the context of precarious employment and unstable working hours.
