I am an economist working in labor economics and applied microeconomics. My main research agenda explores how technological change reshapes job content and skill demand within occupations, and how these adjustments affect local labor markets and wage inequality. Other current work examines gender disparities in job mobility in the context of precarious employment and unstable working hours.Â
I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Bratislava University of Economics and Business. I received my PhD from the University of Adelaide in 2024, with a dissertation titled Labour Market Dynamics in the Twenty-First Century.
