Teaching principles applied at our EAFC
Our teaching team, in close accordance with the Quality Approach established at our institution since the 2012-2013 academic year, manages the Teaching Units (modules) and Teaching Activities (lectures, practical work, , etc.) in accordance with the principle of pedagogical alignment (Constructive alignment, John Biggs 1995).
This principle is based on three pillars: objectives, methods and assessment. Pedagogical alignment refers to the consistency between the learning objectives set, the methods and means used to achieve these objectives, and the strategies used to assess whether the objectives have been achieved.
Total number of ECTS credits for the Bachelier assistant social: 180
Courses are taught in French.
A B2 level of language proficiency is required (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
According to EU recommendations, the choice of 15 ECTS seems a good benchmark for a period equivalent to one term in full-time education.

The capitalisation table for the "Bachelier éducateur spécialisé en accompagnement psycho-éducatif" course is available on the EAFC website: it provides an overview of the course and how the various Teaching Units (UE) are structured. Each unit includes the number of ECTS credits.
