After mobility
For outgoing students
Based on the European model study contract drawn up in advance by the international relations coordinator with the student's agreement, and provided that the planned programme has been followed, satisfactory marks obtained abroad are transferred and ECTS credits are awarded accordingly.
The procedure for academic recognition of prior learning is ratified, with minutes, by the Academic Council, chaired by a member of the Management.
The principle is the same for course and internship mobility.
For incoming students
The provisions are identical to those for outgoing students.
Credits are awarded to students after they have successfully completed the assessment tests (final assessments, assignments, reports, etc.) determined by the courses and teaching materials. Students must comply with the assessment procedures established by the institute. Successful completion of these assessments is approved by the Academic Board. In certain specific cases, the Academic Board may also award credits following the assessment and validation of non-formal or informal learning.
The international relations coordinator manages follow-up with students and their home institutions.
She provides the home institution and the student with the necessary documents/supplements to the diploma (transcripts, certificates of success, internship supervisor's assessment grid, etc.) within five weeks of the Academic Board meeting.
