Our application may collect certain types of information automatically when you use the App:

• Device model and manufacturer, Operating system version, Screen resolution, and Hardware specifications.

1.2 Performance Metrics

The App monitors and displays: FPS, CPU Usage, and Device Temperature. Important: All performance metrics are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to any servers or third parties.

1.3 Advertising and Identification Data

To support our free service, we collect:

• Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA)

• IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention)

• Device identifiers

• App interaction information

2. Third-Party Services

The App integration includes several third-party SDKs to provide advertising, analytics, and stability features. These partners may collect and process data according to their own policies.

2.1 Appodeal (Primary Mediation Provider)

We use Appodeal to manage our advertising partners. Appodeal and its sub-processors collect data such as your IP address and Advertising ID to serve relevant ads.

3. Consent Management (GDPR & LGPD)

We prioritize user privacy and comply with international regulations:

• EEA/UK Users (GDPR): You will be presented with a consent form powered by Appodeal to manage your data preferences.

• Brazil Users (LGPD): We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law of Brazil.

• Global Users: You can reset your Advertising ID or adjust ad preferences within your device system settings.

4. Permissions

4.1 Display Over Other Apps (Overlay Permission)

This is used exclusively for displaying the floating FPS, CPU, and temperature widgets.

• We do NOT: Collect data from other apps, monitor activity in other apps, or record screen content.

5. Data Retention and Storage

• Performance Data: Processed locally, not stored.

• Advertising Data: Retained by third-party partners according to their respective policies.

• Crash Reports: Retained by Firebase for up to 90 days.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, European Union, Russia, and Singapore. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to these transfers.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, delete, or limit the processing of your data. To exercise these rights:

1. Reset your Advertising ID in device settings.

2. Manage consent within the App's "Privacy & Consent" menu.

3. Uninstall the App to remove all local data.
