2026 Mandatory Practice starts August 17 at the high school. Make sure you have all the required documentation prior to this date (Registration)
Practice will be 2:45-4:45 (approx)
Saturday practices will be at North Park
NOTES:
1: All runners must be registered and on the official roster through the Fox Chapel Area Athletic Office.
2: All runners must read and acknowledge (and share with parents) the team rules.
3: Runners please join the FCXC Runner group @FCXC1. Make sure to enter FIRST and LAST name.

2026 Summer Practice starts June 15: Practice every Mon, Wed, Fri 8:00 AM at NORTH PARK Boy Scout Cabin Parking Lot (see link on the left for directions)
What you need for Summer Practice:
Hydration
Snack for after practice (Protein bar is good option)
Towel
Practice will end no later than 10 am. The schedule will be warmup, run, strides, cooldown, strength training
Also Download the "remind" app and join @FCXC1. Make sure to enter FIRST and LAST name.

David Black and Rowan Gwin top 10 finishes: David 9th, Rowan 3rd!
Boys team fared quite well with a 3rd place team finish. Great ending to the season!

Congratulations to the Boys Team, placing 3rd at WPIAL Championships to secure the 3rd trip to states in school history!
WPIAL Team: Jack Lorence, Owen Carter, Rowan Gwin, Jordan Gwin, Ethan Napolitan, Alex Staud, Ethan Vaughan.
Jack Placed 9th at WPIALs for his first XC medal (also has a WPIAL Track medal)
Congratulations to Laura Carter and Clara Kelley, both of whom qualified for the state meet as individuals. This was Laura's 2nd trip to states!
