ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY 

1. Rush Orders
   Rush orders may be subject to additional fees depending on production schedules and urgency.
   
   

2. Order Errors
   If a mistake has been made on our part, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will prioritise the correction and place it at the front of our production queue.
   
   

3. Pricing & Specifications
   Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
   
   

4. VAT
   All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%.
   
   

5. Artwork & File Requirements
   All orders must be submitted according to Foto Fanatics’ templates and specifications.
   Please ensure that your files are print-ready before submission.
   
   

   • No free colour correction, retouching, or batch artwork will be provided.
     
     

   • Additional charges may apply for any editing, retouching, or adjustments requested by the client.
