Privacy Policy – Fortress 2049

This policy explains what information the mobile game Fortress 2049 (package com.studio2004.fortress2049, "the Game") collects and how it is used.
1. Information we do not collect
The Game has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device and app information, app interactions, crash logs and diagnostic data. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and the UK), the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Options → Privacy & ad options. 3. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google provides us with a purchase confirmation (product and order information) so the Game can deliver your items.
4. How data is used
Data processed by the services above is used only to show ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, deliver purchased items and keep the Game working. We do not sell personal data.
5. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not store your personal data on our own servers. To delete your game data, uninstall the Game or clear its storage in Android settings. For data held by Google, see Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available at this page.

Update – 22 October 2026 (version 1.0.7). This section adds to sections 1, 3 and 6 above and, where different, replaces them.
Data stored on your device and Android backup. Your game progress, settings and the purchase receipts the game needs (Google Play purchase tokens and product IDs) are saved only in the app's storage on your device. We do not run our own servers and do not receive this data. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may automatically include this app data in your device backup, stored in your Google account and handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. This lets your progress come back when you restore a backup or set up a new device. You can turn backup off in your device settings (Settings > Google > Backup); uninstalling the app deletes the local copy.
Purchases and restoring purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment details. When the game starts, it asks Google Play which purchases belong to your Google account so that it can deliver them. Permanent items (Remove ads, the Starter pack unit and heroes from hero packs) are restored automatically from Google Play after reinstalling, on a new device or after resetting progress. Gems, coins, the monthly VIP card, season pass status and other consumable items are stored on your device only and cannot be restored by Google Play. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, the game may remove the related benefit (for example Remove ads).
Support emails. If you contact us using the Feedback button, your email app opens a message to mateoluciano3104@gmail.com. The message includes the game version, your device and browser engine information (user agent), screen size, game language and your current level, so we can investigate problems. You can read or delete this information before sending. We receive your email address and anything you write. We use these emails only to answer you and fix problems, keep them only as long as needed for that, and do not share them.
Fonts. All fonts used in the game are included in the app. The game does not download fonts or other content from Google Fonts or any other web service, so no data is sent for that purpose.

Mọi phông chữ đã nằm sẵn trong ứng dụng; game không tải phông chữ từ Google Fonts hay dịch vụ web nào khác.
