What do you need to install Mac OS X on a PC?
Before you begin, you will need the following:
A PC with an Intel processor and at least 2 GB of RAM.
A blank CD or DVD.
A Mac OS X installation DVD or a downloaded image file (ISO).
A USB drive with at least 8 GB of space.
A copy of iBoot 2.6 (available from archive.org ) .
A copy of MultiBeast 3.0.3 (available from soundcloud.com ) .
How to install Mac OS X on a PC using iBoot and MultiBeast?
Here are the steps to install Mac OS X on a PC using iBoot and MultiBeast:
Burn the iBoot 2.6 ISO file to a CD or DVD using your preferred burning software.
Insert the iBoot CD or DVD into your PC and boot from it.
At the iBoot menu, eject the iBoot CD or DVD and insert the Mac OS X installation DVD or USB drive.
Press F5 to refresh the menu and select the Mac OS X installation media.
Press Enter to boot from it and follow the instructions to install Mac OS X on your hard drive or USB drive.
After the installation is complete, reboot your PC and boot from the iBoot CD or DVD again.
At the iBoot menu, select your Mac OS X drive and press Enter to boot from it.
Copy the MultiBeast 3.0.3 ISO file to your Mac OS X desktop.
Double-click the MultiBeast 3.0.3 ISO file to mount it and open it.
Run the MultiBeast application and select the options that suit your hardware and preferences.
Click Continue and follow the instructions to install MultiBeast on your Mac OS X drive.
After MultiBeast is installed, reboot your PC and remove the iBoot CD or DVD.
