1. FormFit Privacy Policy

FormFit: Photo & PDF Tools ("FormFit") is designed to process your documents privately on your Android device. The app does not require an account, does not operate an app-owned database, and does not upload your selected photos or generated files to our servers.


When you choose photos, FormFit processes them locally to resize, compress, convert, remove metadata, or create a PDF. Selected files and their contents remain on your device unless you choose to share or save them through Android.


Exported images and PDFs are saved only to the location you select through Android's system file picker. FormFit does not keep a remote copy. You control and may delete those files using your device's file manager.


FormFit uses Google AdMob to display ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share information such as IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and security. Data is encrypted in transit. Where required, FormFit asks for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform and provides privacy choices in the app. You can also reset or delete your device advertising ID in Android settings. FormFit requests internet and network-state access for advertising. It uses Android's system photo and document pickers instead of broad storage permissions. Processing is performed on-device. No security method is perfect, but the app minimizes data access by design.


FormFit is intended for a general audience aged 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13.


We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
