Effective Date: August 17, 2026

1. Introduction Kaila Savan ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") built the Operations Research app as a Free Educational app. This SERVICE is provided by Kaila Savan at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

2. Data Collection, Local Storage, and Use This application does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data or user information with external servers. All input values, method calculations, and history data entered by the user are stored locally on your device for offline access and convenience. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we track your usage.

3. Disclaimer and Educational Purpose Only Important Notice: This application is developed strictly for educational and learning purposes only. It is designed to help students understand and solve Operations Research methods (such as LPP, Simplex, Transportation, etc.).

   1. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the 100% accuracy of the calculations or solutions provided by the app.

   2. The developer shall not be held liable or responsible for any incorrect solutions, errors, or any direct/indirect damages arising from the use of this app in real-world, commercial, industrial, or professional applications.

   3. Users are strongly advised to verify the results manually before relying on them for academic or professional work.

4. Third-Party Service Providers The Operations Research app is built to be entirely standalone. It does not integrate with, use, or rely on any third-party services, such as advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media tools, that could collect data from users. Because no personal data is collected by the app, there are no third-party data handlers.

5. Device Permissions (Storage Access) To enable users to export calculation results as PDF documents and save method data locally, this application requires permission to access your device's local storage. This permission is used strictly for saving generated PDF files and storing your local method data directly on your device. The app does not access, read, collect, or transmit any of your existing personal files, media, or external data. All saved data remains securely on your local device.

6. Premium Features & Subscriptions The App may offer premium subscription plans (such as Daily, Monthly, or Yearly plans) to unlock individual methods or all methods. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play In-App Billing. We do not collect, process, or store any of your payment or financial details. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.

7. Children's Privacy This educational app is intended for general audience use and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, we are in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding children’s data.

8. Log Data We want to inform you that this app does not collect data and information on your phone called Log Data, even in the case of an app error. Log Data typically includes information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use, and other statistics. However, as stated in Section 2, all operations are performed locally, and no such data is transmitted or logged by the Developer.

9. Security I value your trust. I strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. Since the app performs all calculations locally and collects no data, the risk of a data breach is minimized. However, remember that no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
