tranch first won the gwent central league back in 1983 and they were promoted to the gwent county league.

they stayed there until 2016 but bounced back winning the gwent central league in 2017/18. but there second spell in the gwent county league was short lived as they resigned partway through 2021/22.

they won div 2 in 2021/22 scoring over 100 goals and are now back in div 1.
