Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Forex Genius, a mobile and web-based application designed to provide users with artificial intelligence (AI)-driven trading insights based on user-uploaded forex charts. Forex Genius is owned and operated in the Republic of Uganda, and is intended to assist traders by offering chart-based suggestions, not financial advice.

These Terms and Conditions  govern your access to and use of Forex Genius and its services. By using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Forex Genius, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

• Accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity as defined by the laws of Uganda.

• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Uganda and any other relevant jurisdictions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your email or social login. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• Not be a person barred from receiving services under Ugandan law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.

3.3 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Notify us immediately at forexgeniusfaar@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we believe your conduct violates these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

• Upload viruses, corrupted files, or any other software or code that may damage the App or another user’s device.

• Harass, defame, abuse, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services, servers, or networks.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or the App’s source code.

Violation of this clause may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. Please read our full Privacy Policy to understand:

• What data we collect and why.

• How we use and protect your data.

• Your rights regarding your personal information.

By using Forex Genius, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, software, designs, algorithms, logos, and materials provided through the App are the exclusive property of Forex Genius or its licensors and are protected under Ugandan and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your own trading research and educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or its content.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Financial Advice

The insights, predictions, and signals generated by the App are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial or investment advice.

Forex Genius does not provide:

• Financial, tax, or legal advice;

• Guarantees of trade accuracy or profitability;

• Portfolio or personal financial planning services.
  
  

Trading in forex and other financial instruments involves significant risk, including the loss of your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7.2 AI Limitations

The analysis provided is generated by artificial intelligence based on image data you upload. The results may not be comprehensive, up-to-date, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law:

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or interruption of service.

• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.
  
  

If liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access the App within the last 30 days before the issue occurred.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.

• Your conduct is harmful to other users or Forex Genius’s reputation.

• Required by law or regulatory authority.

You may also terminate your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

11. Changes to Terms

Forex Genius reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes via:

• In-app notifications;

• Email (if available);

• Posting updated Terms within the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
