Olivia joined the Cabell Midland Speech and Debate Team sophomore year of high school, going on to compete across multiple tournaments and later be named Speech Captain of her team. She is a two-time NCFL qualifier (NCFL 2025, NCFL 2026), as well as a finalist at the 2026 West Virginia Speech and Debate Tournament in broadcasting and a finalist in improvisational duo at the 53rd Annual John Marshall Speech and Debate Tournament, one of the oldest high school tournaments in the country.
Beyond the various events she competes in, Olivia is the President of the West Virginia Chapter of Equality in Forensics and a member Equality in Forensics' Interp Resource Team, where she continues to provide coaching and resources for speech kids all across the nation. As a competitor in forensics, Olivia's favorite part of speech is coaching others and providing them with resources to succeed.
As Outreach Director, Liv leads marketing initiatives for Forensics 4 Schools and manages a wide range of communications efforts. She serves as the primary point of contact for students, coaches, and schools, connecting them with our programs and helping them begin their speech and debate journey. In addition, Liv leads our Media Team, which creates engaging short-form content across our social media accounts.
