As a freshman in high school, Dani joined the Ripley High School Speech and Debate Team as one of its first members. She would then go on to be its first ever Captain, leading her team to win multiple titles at the WVSDA State Tournament in her senior year. Most notably, she was the 2026 State Champion in Congressional Debate, Runner-up in Informative Speaking and Lincoln-Douglas Debate, and Top Speaker in Lincoln-Douglas Debate. In her high school forensics career, she was also a two-time semifinalist in impromptu speaking, a two-time finalist in informative speaking, an overall six-time finalist across all of her events, and a five-time NIETOC qualifer.
Before founding Forensics 4 Schools, Dani served as the Blog Editor-in-Chief and Media Director of Equality in Forensics. As Blog Editor-in-Chief, Dani published over fifty articles about inequalities in speech and debate. Later, as Media Director, Dani oversaw a social media account with over 4.4k followers and more than 160k monthly viewers across all of its platforms.
Now, as Media Director for Forensics 4 Schools, Dani's tasked with designing and updating the Forensics 4 Schools website and creating visuals for our social media accounts. Additionally, Dani is in charge of tracking the data and analytics of our social media accounts in order to grow our audience and attract new volunteers.
