These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FootyWalls mobile application provided by SolX Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using FootyWalls, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
FootyWalls is a football wallpaper app that allows users to browse, view, favorite, save, and download football-themed wallpapers for personal use.
Some wallpapers or features may be available for free, while others may require a paid Pro subscription or premium access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FootyWalls.
If you use the app on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on their behalf.
The wallpapers and content available in FootyWalls are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may use downloaded wallpapers for your personal device background or lock screen.
You may not:
Resell wallpapers from the app
Upload wallpapers from the app to another wallpaper app or website
Claim ownership of app content
Use app content for commercial products, merchandise, advertising, or resale
Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce app content outside personal use
Reverse engineer, copy, or clone the app
FootyWalls, including its app design, branding, graphics, layout, software, and related content, is owned by SolX Labs or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Football-themed wallpapers in the app are intended to be original, generic, or properly licensed football-style content. FootyWalls is not officially affiliated with any football club, league, tournament, player, brand, federation, or organization unless clearly stated.
Any third-party names, references, or visual themes, if used, belong to their respective owners.
FootyWalls may offer a paid Pro subscription or premium features.
Premium access may include benefits such as:
Access to premium wallpapers
Removal of ads, if ads are added
Additional app features or content
Subscription prices, durations, and benefits will be shown inside the app before purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s subscription rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or App Store account settings.
Payments and refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
We do not directly process refunds. If you want to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s official refund process.
FootyWalls may display advertisements in the future.
If ads are added, free users may see ads while using the app. A Pro subscription may remove ads if this benefit is offered in the app.
Advertising availability and behavior may change over time.
We may update, add, remove, or change wallpapers, categories, premium content, features, pricing, or app functionality at any time.
We do not guarantee that any specific wallpaper, category, or feature will always remain available.
The app may require an internet connection to load wallpapers, categories, subscription status, or remote content.
You agree not to use FootyWalls in a way that:
Violates any law or regulation
Infringes the rights of others
Attempts to damage, overload, or interfere with the app
Attempts to access app systems, databases, or services without permission
Uses automated tools to scrape, copy, or download large amounts of content
Misuses premium content or bypasses subscription restrictions
FootyWalls is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We try to provide a reliable and useful app, but we do not guarantee that:
The app will always be available
The app will be error-free
All wallpapers will load correctly at all times
The app will meet every user’s expectations
Downloaded wallpapers will fit every device perfectly
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolX Labs will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FootyWalls.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access, device issues, subscription issues, or inability to use the app.
FootyWalls may use third-party services to operate the app, such as Firebase, Apple in-app purchases, analytics, storage, or advertising services.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or platforms.
Your use of FootyWalls is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.
We may suspend or stop providing access to FootyWalls or certain features if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the app.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
