School Organizational Team
REQUIREMENTS -
Attend SOT training & team meetings.
Attend scheduled SOT meetings once/month. Times will be decided by the SOT & publicly posted on the FHS school website.
Make decisions with the whole school population in mind.
Work collaboratively and attempt to reach consensus with the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Provide continued assistance and advice to the Principal in carrying out the School Plan of Operation.
Assist in the discussion of any additional authority to be transferred to the school to carry out responsibilities.
Assist with the selection of the next Principal when a Principal vacancy occurs.
