1. Apply online (get referrals if you can)

3. Prepare for your technical interviews

Main Tips to Conquering This Process

1. Apply to as many companies as you can
2. Getting an internship is more of a numbers game
3. The more you apply to, the more chance of hearing back
4. If you can get referrals, GET THEM.

Your application

1. Create a resume
   • Content is more important than following template
   • Focus on numbers, companies are looking for impact
   • Include your GitHub
2. Making your application stand out
   • Work on personal projects you are passionate about
   • Personal projects will give you a leverage because it demonstrates passion and direct application of your knowledge
   • Projects do not have to be ground-breaking or big. Make anything!

   • On average, it takes about 6 to 8 months to be well-prepared
   • 1-2 questions/ day
