‘Mutton Roast’ is one of the renowned dishes of this restaurant. This thick gravy dish has a perfect peppery taste with lots of oil and fat that comes from the mutton itself. The fat of the mutton renders this dish a yellow colour. ‘Chicken Biriyani’ is another popular item here. The biriyani comes with long-grained oily rice, tender pieces of chicken and an egg. It is served with pickle, salad and pappadam.

‘Roti Pathiri’ is a good snack item to try from this restaurant. Unlike the ordinary ‘Pathiri’, this dish is thick and round and is grilled over a plate to give itsshape.

Though the service provided is good, it just lacks that professional look as there is no uniform for the attendants here and one can easily confuse between a customer and a waiter. For a good restaurant like this,this is definitely a drawback which is quite evident. But there is enough number of waiters to handle the rush during the peak time. Altogether, Rahmaniya Hotel surely qualifies asa good family restaurant with great food.
