This small toddy shop that can barely accommodate 30 people at a time swells with customers during their lunch hours, not just with the scenic beauty, but also due to the exquisite taste of Kerala Cuisine Shappu food they serve. With very limited space, they prepare all the dishes for this place at the owners house itself. They just heat the dish before serving it to their customers. Owner Jayan is also the head chef at this place for the last twenty years and during his tenure, the dishes from this place got more and more takers in Thrissur.

PravinkooduShappu is located on Mapranam – Nandhikkara Road, between Konthipulam Bridge and Nedumbadu Junction on right side, at a paddy field, when you are traveling from Mapranam area.
