Acta Non Verba: Youth Urban Farm Project delivers a box of seasonal vegetables, fruits, and flowers to subscribers in the East Bay (Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville, Alameda, and San Leandro only), for $35-$45 with proceeds going to youth learning to farm in Oakland.
This nonprofit cultivates agriculture in west Contra Costa County to help the local community build a more sustainable, healthy, and just food system. “We currently have 60 open memberships and would love to be full by April,” says director Doria Robinson. CSA boxes include fruits and vegetables. Pick-up in Richmond.
