FontZone Account and Data Deletion Request

This policy is dedicated to users of the FontZone mobile application available on Google Play.

You have full control over your personal information. If you wish to permanently request the deletion of your FontZone account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Two Ways to Delete Your Data

For your convenience, we provide two methods to request account and data deletion:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended & Fastest)

You can instantly and permanently delete your account at any time directly from within the FontZone app. This is the fastest and easiest method.

• Step 1: Open the FontZone app and navigate to the Delete Account screen (found within your drawer area).

• Step 2: Review the warning information on the screen regarding data loss.

• Step 3: A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action cannot be undone."

• Step 4: To proceed, confirm the deletion. Your account, coin balance, and all associated data will be instantly and permanently erased.

2. Email Request (Via this Web Page)

If you cannot access the app or prefer to send a request via email, please follow the steps below.

• Step 1: Open Your Email Client – Please compose a new email to: fzproduction2026@gmail.com

• Step 2: Use the Correct Subject Line – The subject line of your email must be: FontZone Account and Data Deletion Request

• Step 3: Include Required Information – To verify your request, please include:

  • Your FontZone Account Email: (The email address you used for Google Sign-In).

  • Confirmation of Request: A clear statement, such as: "I wish to permanently delete my FontZone account and all associated data."

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased. This includes:

• Personal Info: Your name, email address, and unique User ID.

• App Activity: Your saved font preferences, custom decorated text settings, and theme configurations.

• Financial Info: Your Coin balance and Purchase History (records of themes or coin packs acquired via Google Play Billing).

Important Information

• This is Permanent: This process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your purchased coins, unlocked themes, and saved styles will be permanently lost.

• Processing Time: In-app deletion is instant. Upon receiving an email request, we will verify and complete the process within 30 days (unless specific data retention is required for legal or tax purposes).

• No Partial Deletion: FontZone does not currently offer the option to delete only specific data (like purchase history) without deleting the entire account.
