FoMo Tracker ("the App") is a food and mood journaling app. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your choices.
1. Account & Sign-In
To use the App, you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. As part of this, we collect your name and email address (or a private relay email if you choose to hide your email with Apple) to create and identify your account. This information is provided to us via Firebase Authentication, a service operated by Google.
2. Food & Mood Journal Data
When you log food or mood entries, that data is stored in Firebase Firestore (a Google Cloud database) and linked to your account. This allows your entries to sync securely across your devices. You can delete individual entries at any time, or use "Clear All Records" in the app to permanently delete all of your journal data.
3. Analyze Feature (AI Insights)
If you use the Analyze feature, your food and mood entries for the selected period are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate insights. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy
4. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to identify and fix crashes. This usage and diagnostic data is not linked to your personal identity.
5. Advertising
The App displays interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. These ads are non-personalized — we do not use your data for tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and no App Tracking Transparency permission is required.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional tips ("Support the App") processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information — this is handled entirely by Apple.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data and journal entries are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete all journal entries at any time within the app. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
