This Privacy Policy explains how Folyra, provided by Kullion Games, handles information when you use the mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Folyra does not require account registration and does not directly collect, transmit, or share personal information.
The app does not use advertising, analytics services, location tracking, contacts, camera access, microphone access, or social media integrations.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Folyra stores the following information locally on your device:
• Selected language
• Game settings
• Local high scores
• Game progress
• Locally cached purchase entitlement status
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Kullion Games. You can delete this locally stored information at any time by clearing the app data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.
3. In-App Purchases
Folyra offers an optional permanent in-app purchase called Imprintfold.
Purchases are processed securely by Google Play through the Google Play Billing system. Kullion Games does not receive or store your payment card details.
Google Play may process purchase information, transaction identifiers, account information, device information, and other information required to complete, verify, restore, and prevent fraud relating to purchases.
The app receives only the purchase status and information required to acknowledge the purchase and unlock the purchased content.

4. Purchase Restoration
A completed Imprintfold purchase may be restored through Google Play when the app is reinstalled or used on another compatible device with the same Google account.
Purchase records are managed and retained by Google according to Google’s own policies and legal obligations.
5. Data Sharing
Kullion Games does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
Information required to process an in-app purchase is handled by Google Play as described above.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data is retained on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall Folyra.
Folyra does not create user accounts and does not maintain a separate developer database containing personal user data. Therefore, there is no external Folyra account or server-side game profile to delete.
Purchase records maintained by Google can be managed through your Google account and are subject to Google’s retention policies.
7. Children’s Privacy
Folyra does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app contains no advertising, communication features, account registration, or user-generated content.
8. Data Security
Folyra does not transmit local game progress or high scores to Kullion Games. Purchase communication is handled through Google Play Billing using Google’s security infrastructure.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Folyra’s functionality or data practices change. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
