FogWalker does not upload your walking history, explored map data, or location history to our servers. This data is stored locally on your device.
FogWalker requires access to your device location to work correctly.

reveal places on your personal walking map;
track areas you have explored;

continue tracking an active walk when the app is running in the background.
If you grant location permission, FogWalker may access approximate and/or precise location data depending on the permission settings on your device.
If you allow background location access, FogWalker may continue using location data while an active walk is in progress and the app is running in the background.

Your walking history, explored areas, personal map data, and related statistics are stored locally on your device.
You can disable location access, including background location access, at any time in your device settings. If location access is disabled, some features of FogWalker may not work correctly.
FogWalker stores app data locally on your device.

your personal walking map;

walking history;
walking statistics;
app settings.
This data is not uploaded to FogWalker servers.
If you want to delete locally stored FogWalker data, you can clear the app data in your device settings or uninstall the app.

clearing FogWalker app data from your device settings;
