Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the FocusOn mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
The Application offers the following in-app purchases and subscription options:
🔹 Monthly Pro
Title: Monthly Pro
Length: 1 month (auto-renewing)
Price: $1.99/month
Renewal: Automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
🔹 Lifetime Pro
Title: Lifetime Pro
Type: One-time purchase (non-consumable)
Price: $29.99
Subscription Management
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription term.
Restore Purchases
You may restore previously purchased items using the "Restore Purchases" option available within the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
