FocusLock ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FocusLock collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application.

By using FocusLock, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

FocusLock is designed to work without collecting or storing your personal information.

We do not collect, store, or sell personal data such as:

• Your name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Contacts

• Messages

• Photos

• Videos

• Location

• Passwords

• Banking information

2. Accessibility Service

FocusLock uses Android's Accessibility Service only to provide the App Blocking feature.

Accessibility Service is required to detect when applications that you selected to block are opened so FocusLock can display the blocking screen during Focus Mode.

While Accessibility Service is enabled, Android may allow the service to access:

• App names

• App usage information

• User interactions

• Screen content

• Other personal information displayed on your device

FocusLock uses this information only for the following purposes:

• Detect when a blocked application is opened.

• Display the FocusLock blocking screen.

• Enforce Focus Mode.

FocusLock does not:

• Collect Accessibility data.

• Store Accessibility data.

• Upload Accessibility data.

• Share Accessibility data with any third party.

• Use Accessibility data for advertising or analytics.

All Accessibility processing happens locally on your device.

3. App Blocking Data

FocusLock stores only the following information locally on your device:

• Selected blocked applications

• Focus Mode duration

• Focus Mode settings

• App preferences

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up using your own device tools.

4. Permissions Used

FocusLock may request the following permissions:

Accessibility Service

Used only to detect blocked applications and display the blocking screen.

Notifications (if used)

Used to display Focus Mode notifications.

Alarm Permission (if used)

Used to schedule Focus Mode sessions.

No permission is used to collect personal information.

5. Data Sharing

FocusLock does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or Accessibility data with any third party.

6. Data Storage

All FocusLock data is stored locally on your device.

We do not operate servers that receive Accessibility information.

7. Children's Privacy

FocusLock is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect locally stored application data.

Because all Accessibility processing occurs locally, Accessibility information is never transmitted to our servers.

9. Third-Party Services

FocusLock may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies, such as:

• Google Play Services

• Google Play Billing (if applicable)

• Google AdMob (only if advertisements are enabled)

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
