This Privacy Policy applies to the FocusLeaf mobile application (referred to as the "Application"), created by AuroraSphere (referred to as the "Service Provider").
When you use or download the Application, certain information may be collected automatically, including but not limited to:
The Application does not collect precise location information about your mobile device.
The Application stores the following data locally on your device using SQLite:
The total number of minutes the user spends using the focus timer.
The number of tasks the user has created.
The user's Aura level.
Focus timer background music, which is downloaded automatically from Firebase Storage.
The Application collects and stores the following data securely in Firebase Firestore:
User email: For login purposes.
Username: To personalize the user experience.
Coins: To track and manage the user's rewards.
Orders: Including food donation orders for needy animals and tree plantation orders.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically shared with third-party services to help the Service Provider enhance the Application. Third parties may only receive your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application stores user data locally using an SQLite database on your device. Additionally, certain data, such as user email, username, coins, and orders (food donations and tree plantation), is transmitted and stored securely in Firebase Firestore to provide a seamless user experience across devices.
The Service Provider may disclose both User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following cases:
When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When there is a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the Service Provider’s rights, user safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request
To trusted service providers acting on behalf of the Service Provider, who adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection rules
You can stop all information collection by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. To uninstall, use the standard processes available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.
The Service Provider retains User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. If you wish to delete User-Provided data, please contact the Service Provider at newkishan13@gmail.com. Your request will be addressed in a reasonable timeframe.
The Application is not intended for users under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will promptly delete it. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at newkishan13@gmail.com for assistance.
The Service Provider takes the security of your information seriously. Appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural measures are in place to safeguard the information collected and processed through the Application, including data stored in both SQLite and Firebase Firestore.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review it regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will be deemed as acceptance of the updated policy.
